Returns
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@oavely.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items that are missing original packaging or tags
- Items that are sale items
- Items that are custom-made or personalized
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@oavely.com to obtain an RMA number.
Damages
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@oavely.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will process a refund or exchange for you.
